18-man royal rumble

as some of you heard, i will be making an 18 man royal rumble for the welterweight championship. the winner will be the champ and the runner-up will get a title shot at the next PPV. and third place gets nothing at all (lol). i will say the following contestants, but not is a specific order. and b4 someone starts questioning who is in it (Smithers lol) i will say that there is a loophole to using people that are in other feds, it says in other feds not in the free agency XD, and every RR needs monsters and jobbers like:

2009, monster= kane jobber= santino (again )
